Founded and led by Michael Ramos, a native Spanish speaker born and raised in Spain, with C2 English proficiency and over 14 years of high-pressure professional experience in London. Michael became an interpreter out of a deep conviction that language should never be a barrier to fair treatment, proper care or equal rights — a principle that shapes every assignment he takes on.
DPSI Level 3 qualified and an active ACIS member, Michael works across healthcare, legal, faith and corporate settings — bringing the same precision, discretion and commitment to every booking, whether in person or remote.
Every assignment is conducted within the professional and ethical standards of public service interpreting — confidentiality, accuracy and impartiality are non-negotiable.
